A little disappointed no differences today. Not on the scale, body fat %, or with the measuring tape. But that’s the beauty of the long run, one week doesn’t make that big of a difference. Plus I’m off to see Hunger Games at 9am opening day here in Korea! I’m soooo excited nothing could ruin this. Woooot.
